Double Major/Minor Programs

Application Requirements for Students Admitted to the Double Major Program:

1. Students may apply as early as the beginning of the third semester for a double major program, and as late as the beginning of the fifth semester for a four-year program.

2. Students must have successfully completed all courses taken in the double major undergraduate program.

3. Students who have a cumulative grade point average (CGPA) of at least 2.50 in the double major diploma program but are not ranked in the top 20% in the relevant class of the major diploma program may also apply if they have a score not lower than the base score for the relevant year of the double major program.

4. Students who have failed the qualifying exam for the double major program, which includes a mandatory preparatory class, will not be accepted.

Application Requirements for Students Admitted to the Minor Program:
1. Students may apply to the minor program as early as the beginning of the third semester and as late as the beginning of the sixth semester of the major undergraduate program. 2. To apply for a minor program, students must have a GPA of at least 2.50 at the time of application and have successfully completed all credit-bearing courses in their undergraduate program up to the semester they apply.

3. Students who fail the proficiency exam will not be accepted into minor programs, which require a mandatory preparatory class.
